At Rare Beauty, we want you to feel good in your own skin; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns on all orders within 30 days of the delivery date. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and include all components to be eligible for a full refund.
Start Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process.
Print Your Label
Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid USPS or FedEx shipping label provided by our system.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your products in the original box if possible, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
